ServiceMaster by Park-Ellis is looking for individuals to work days with our Residential Team and/or evenings/weekends with our Business Services Team. ServiceMaster by Park-Ellis services businesses after they close (normally around 5:00 p.m.). Disaster Restoration Technician:

The Disaster Restoration Technician is a position that responds to disaster situations such as floods, fire and sewage damages. Duties typically include cleaning and deodorizing of structure and contents. Water extraction and dry downs for residential and commercial properties. No experience required. Clean background, drivers license, must be able to pass drug screen- required. Compensation based on qualifications.

Training is provided and we encourage each technician to obtain their IICRC / Clean Trust Certification.


Carpet Cleaning Technician:

The Residential Technician is typically a full-time position whose work is done in residential homes during daytime hours (Monday – Saturday). The job includes but is not limited to: cleaning carpets, walls, ceilings, and windows. Training is provided.

Janitorial/Custodian Position:

This is a part-time position, only, with anywhere from ten (10) to twenty-five (24) hours per week, depending on the assigned building(s) of the employee. The selected individual(s) would report to their job site on the assigned nights and clock in by telephone to our computer time keeping system. We provide training, uniforms, all the equipment and cleaning products to perform the work in a professional manner.

Because of the type of work we do, a person with a felony conviction would not be eligible for this position.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (with acceptable driving record)
  • Must have clean background check
  • Must be able to pass drug test
