Residential Technician

Positions Available

The Residential Technician is typically an hourly, full-time position with the opportunity of making monthly commissions and leading to full-time employment. This work is done in residential homes during daytime hours. The job includes but is not limited to: cleaning carpets, walls, ceilings, and windows. Training is provided and we encourage each technician to obtain their IICRC / Clean Trust Certification.

Commercial Technician

Positions Available

ServiceMaster by Park-Ellis is looking for a part-time (possibly leading to full-time) Commercial Carpet/ Floor Technician.

The hours will vary, but will be between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Friday (with some jobs, by request, on the weekends). There is a guarantee of 30 hours per week. However, some of those hour may be needed in our Janitorial Division in order to guarantee the thirty hours per week.
