The ideal candidate must have strong residential carpet and upholstery cleaning background. The candidate will have experience in day to day general cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and floor stripping and waxing. Strong communication skills are required
Job Duties
- Complete carpet care services including: extraction, roto and carpet spotting.
- Complete upholstery care services
- Complete special projects as requested by our customers.
- Self-inspect work.
- Follow all safety and personnel rules, policies and regulations.
Job Qualifications
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in cleaning upholstery, machine scrubbing ceramic tile and stone floors, and cleaning carpets.
- Able to perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching.
- Able to lift 75 lbs. and carry a 12 lbs. backpack vacuum cleaner.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Able to read and understand written communications.
- Work Flexible hours (night /day and weekends)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Clean criminal background check
