February is traditionally a time to appreciate your significant other, but why not use the occasion to surprise and appreciate your policyholders? Here are five creative ways to appreciate your customers from

  1. Classify your customers into different tiers, such as gold, silver and bronze, based on amount spent, referrals or years of loyalty. Then select a gift for each level.
  2. Offer long-time customers a special offer for a free service or give them a nice gift for their patronage.
  3. Create a wall of fame at your office with photos of your most loyal customers.
  4. Mail your customers a handwritten note thanking them for their loyalty and detailing how they have helped your business.
  5. Call your customers to thank them for their business and ask if there is anything else you can do make their experience better.
